Our Business WiFi solution is state based and to ensure your Business WiFi Access Point is connecting to the closest controller, please only include
a "customer-config" for your geographic state.

The folder "Inbuilt Wi-Fi" is to reset the inbuilt Wi-Fi which is accessible on http://10.10.10.2 by default. 

If you want to reset the entire unit, please include both files

* ap860vae-customer-config



Please ensure the USB drive you are using is actually 'readable' by the router, best option is connect the USB stick and run a "dir usbflash0:" if 
the contents of the drive list, you can use that drive. If not try another drive or reformat.
