Why report data to D&B?    Privacy Policy*

The table below is a list of your commercial customers. You can contribute to keeping a company's credit history up to date in the D&B database by reporting your commercial customer's A/R aging data to D&B.

When you submit A/R aging data on at least five customers, you will receive a bonus credit report good for the current monthly subscription period. (Maximum one bonus credit report per monthly subscription period.)

Choose which commercial customers' data to report by selecting the appropriate Report to D&B checkboxes and then click Report Selected Data.

You can also choose to include a D&B reporting notice on your commercial customers' invoices by selecting the Include D&B Notice checkbox.

In addition to the data indicated above, you will also be reporting your selected commercial customers' addresses and phone numbers to enable D&B to match the information you are reporting to the correct companies' records in the database. When you submit your information to D&B, the company name, address and payment information shown above is sent from your computer directly to D&B. During this transmission, Intuit and D&B do not access or read any other information on your computer.

** D&B converts negative values to zero.
