AFLAC Payroll Item Set up Complete!
 
Payroll items have been set up for your AFLAC products.
Other things you should know:
  • When your employee(s) are ready to set up AFLAC deductions, you will need to complete a
    Salary Redirection Agreement. Please contact your AFLAC agent for assistance.
  • When you have a completed agreement, from the Employee list select an employee. Go to the Payroll Info tab to add the payroll deduction information.
  • AFLAC has been set up as a vendor. When you are ready to pay your AFLAC invoice, use the Pay Payroll Liabilities feature in QuickBooks.
