Description

Your monthly phone call reports for <= span class=3DmsoDel>October 2014_EXBILLPERIOD_ for the fol= lowing Cost Centres/Services are now available:

Accessing the Reports<= /b>

To access your reports online, go to h= ttps://telmax21.alfredhealth.org.au

1.     &nbs= p; You will be prompted for a username and password, enter your Alfred Health Lo= gin ID and password.

2.     &nbs= p; Select the month you wish to view from the list on left.

3.     &nbs= p; Select the distribution list you wish to use if you have more than one, otherwise click OK to take you to the first reporting level.

Should you require assistance, wish to a= lter the list of Cost Centres you are receiving, stop receiving the Bilmax21 reports or make any suggestions on how we can improve the Bilmax21 report= s to better meet your needs please contact the IT Service Desk (Ext. 63300 or = i= ts.helpdesk@alfred.org.au ).
