Your monthly phone call reports for _EXBILLPERIOD_ for the following Cost Centres/Services are now available:

Accessing the Reports

 

To access your reports online:

 

Go to https://telmax21.alfredhealth.org.au.

You will be prompted for a username and password.  Enter your Alfred Health Login ID and password.

Select the month you wish to view from the list on the left.

Select the distribution list you wish to use if you have more than one, otherwise click OK to take you to the first reporting level.

Please check that the list of phones being billed to your cost centre is correct and that they are assigned to the staff members listed.

To Check Your Data Usage:


               Send an SMS message to 176 with the text USE.
               You will then receive a SMS back with your current data usage.
