Your Cost Centre's telephone and individual mobile reports are now available online. Prerequisites To use the Bilmax21 reports you need Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 or greater. The reports are best viewed using a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. You must use Internet Explorer to access Telmax because Firefox and other Web browsers are incompatible with the reporting tools used by the Telmax Web server. To display the graphical trend reports at the foot of each report you will need to install the free Microsoft Web components add-on For Office 2000/XP (OWC10.EXE) from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=982b0359-0a86-4fb2-a7ee-5f3a499515dd&displaylang=en For Office 2003 and later (OWC11.EXE) from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=7287252C-402E-4F72-97A5-E0FD290D4B76&displaylang=en This software enables Telmax to show charges in graphical form. Accessing Bilmax21 To access your Bilmax21 telephone reports online browse to https://telcobilling.victrack.com.au The Bilmax21 web server login page will appear. (You may wish to save this link into your Internet Explorer favourites for easy access in the future) a) Enter your Curtin staff ID in the username field; enter your normal Novell login password to gain access to your Bilmax21 reports and click the OK button. The Bilmax21 b) home page will appear. Accessing your personal mobile phone report a) To access your personal mobile report, login as described above. b) Select the month you wish to view. c) Select Personal Reports. d) Click on the mobile number to display itemised call details. e) You can identify personal calls by ticking the box next to each item. f) Change filter options to display personal calls (Show P.U.Only). g) Once personal calls have been identified click the button 'Open a Printable Form for reimbursmeent of non-business charges' h) click the button 'I confirm all non-business charges have been identified in this bill' Accessing reports for multiple mobile phones a) To access your personal mobile report, login as described above. b) Select the month you wish to view from the dropdown list. Select the distribution list you wish to use if you have more than c) one, otherwise click OK to show the first reporting level. Within the Bilmax21 reports there is a help button which provides details on how to navigate around the reports as well as explaining d) the key features and functions. You can also use the show directory button as a means of quickly getting to a e) specific call detail report.
