The
NSW Police have purchased a Directory21 system for installation at the NSW
Police Assistance Line (PAL) sites at Tuggerah and Lithgow.
The
Directory21 is accessed using Microsoft Internet Explorer and will be used
by up to 150 operators located at the two sites on a 24/7 basis.
