Mr
Kim Armstrong Team Leader of Telecommunications IT Infrastructure at the
University of Western Sydney said:
“The
University of Western Sydney has had a long association with Trans-Mit
and worked closely with them in tailoring the Telmax21 to our needs. The
browser based Bilmax21 reports are emailed to cost centre managers on a
monthly basis and contain very informative reports that provide trend
graphs as well as detailed and comprehensive information to assist in
managing telephony costs. The level of detail available to cost centre
managers significantly reduces the need for Telecommunication Support
staff to run specific reports on an ad hoc basis.
The
Telmax21 is also used for traffic analysis and many carrier services and
internal tie lines have been reduced in capacity providing the
University with significant savings.
The
telephone directory information in the Telmax21 is exported to populate
the NEC Integrated Attendant Console database.
Trans-Mit
continues to evolve an extremely reliable product taking into account
customer needs, strategic directions and embedding these ideas into
subsequent releases and upgrades. Trans-Mit provides a friendly
professional service second to none and epitomise what customer service
is about.
We
have found the Telmax21 offers excellent value for money, outstanding
reliability, and flexibility to suit our changing business needs and
service and support with few equals.”
