Q: What are support sessions with Remote Access?
A: Just invite your client to join a Remote Access support session, and you're set to access and manipulate his/her QuickBooks 2004 data files from the PC in your office, or even from the road. There is no need to visit a client or talk them through a problem on the phone. Both you and your client need an internet connection and web browser.
