Overview of Ask an Employment Question

When would I use this?
If you have a specific employment question and you are unable to find the information you need in the Employment Regulations Guide, you can take advantage of the Ask an Employment Question service.

You simply use the online form available in the Employment Regulations Guide to submit your questions to CCH and you will receive a personalized email response, normally within 2 business days.


              The Feature
  • There is no extra charge to submit employment questions. This feature is included as part of the Employee Organizer.


  • You'll need an Internet connection to submit your question to CCH.


              Submitting the Form
  • CCH requires some background information about your business, as well as your email address to properly respond to your query.


  • When you get your emailed response, if you still need further clarification, in the email, you will be given access to a Follow-up form to respond to CCH.
